[RLUG] List Unavailable, Apologies to All

So as some of you may have noticed the list has been a bit,
unresponsive, for the past month.  Sometime around Christmas mailman
crapped out on the linode.  And throughout the month in my spare seconds
I have attempted to resurrect it.  Every time that I started the service
it would spike the load on the machine up to 7 to 12.  Pretty much
making the machine unusable.  Right now it seems to be working a lot
better but the load is hovering between 5 and 6.  Unfortunately this is
not the first time that this has happened.

I'm still trying to piece together why this has kept degrading to
failure over the past few months.
