[RLUG] GBIS has moved, meeting space available again

There's plenty of free parking immediately surrounding and belonging to 
that particular building.  Feel free to use any of that, including the 
guest parking.  Also, by the time of the meeting all of the street 
parking will be free.  One of the reasons we chose this building before 
we moved back downtown was lots of parking.
