[RLUG] Document/Content Management

I wasn't able to make it to the last meeting, however check out 
www.docs.google.com.  If you haven't messed with this, Google Docs 
allows you to create and maintain documents online through an interface 
like MS Word.  You can add collaborators and everyone can work on the 
same document at the same time in pseudo real time.  I think it updates 
about every 15-30 seconds depending on the amount of content being added 
so you can see what other document editors are doing.  When it's time to 
submit, you can export it as a doc or pdf and mail or print it.  Our 
group is using this for the documentation of a large class project.  I 
highly recommend it.
