I'm not quite certain what you are trying to do.  Are you attempting to 
execute an X-windows application on a remote Linux/UNIX system and have 
that application use your local Windows system for a display?  In order 
to do that, you will need to run an X-server on your Windows system.  
There are a few options for this out there, at least one of which is 
open source.  (You should be able to search for Windows X-server)  
Netmanage and Xage used to sell a few of those back in the day as well.
After starting the X-server on your windows box, you could be able to 
direct X-sessions to it and use ssh-X11 forwarding, assuming putty 
supports that.

I may be completely misunderstanding what you are attempting to do 
though... so if you can add some detail about the OS's and the nature in 
which you want to use each, that could possibly help.
