A note to the Mods of this group: I know this isn't
the forum for hiring, but it is the only one i have in
this area. If I can Hire 4 people out of here they
will prosper and buy better stuff and hand down their
old stuff through renofreecycle.(work with me here!
this is a $15/hour job.) on to the job offer:

In the Reno/ Sparks area of washoe county I will need
a total of 4 techs. basic networking and diagnostic
skills as well as a good work ethic are required. We
will be deploying Dells throughout the county after
"ghosting" them and applying additional apps. If you
use your own vehicle on the job you are reimbursed at
the standard IRS rate (currently around 50 cents a
mile) you'd be working with a great crew of people, in
a pleasant, low stress environment.(bbq every other
friday!) In between deployments there is a lot of
field tech work, and occasional stints on the
helpdesk. on any given day you could be anywhere in
the county, including Lake Tahoe. Some assignments
have involved delivering PC's to remote locations via
helicopter. 
Employees hired under this contract are subject to
being hired on permanent by the county at a higher
rate of pay. They actively encourage the contract
people to apply. The county uses the contract
employees on a "Try before you buy" plan. You must be
able to pass a thorough background check.(they don't
check credit, just for a criminal history.) the rate
of pay starts at $15/hour at a steady 40 hours a week.

 there is no overtime. if we can't finish by 5 on
friday, we start again on monday at 8.
