[RLUG] RLUG Picnic

*ooo* Politics... crappy.  I know someone who worked for the parks dept 
for a while.  I'll ask them what our chances are of getting a drinking 
permit.  I'd prefer not to change the venue if possible... but we can't be 
without our beer ;)
