Nick,

The table will help, thanks. If you folks are insistent about music
the web site for Rancho San Raphael says
" *PLEASE NOTE: AMPLIFIED MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED IN WASHOE COUNTY PARKS."

And both Reno & Sparks Parks & Rec sites say no alcohol without a permit.

Is it just me or is this starting to sound like a major hassle?
