[RLUG] Disappearing data

I'm no expert, but did you keep both drives connected
when running the install when the same master/slave
settings?
How many linux partitions could the Ubuntu install
see? Did you have a separate partition for your /home
for another distro?
If so,is there a chance that the "autopilot" install
could have possibly mounted this partition?
You might remember one of the missing file names that
you had in /home and grep every physical partion for
that string?
