You need to change your sources to read from the Breezy depots instead
of Hoary, and then do a dist-upgrade. The Ubuntu site should have a
how-to. If not, the Debian how-tos will give you the same info, just
without the Ubuntu-specific names.

I jettisoned Ubuntu a few months back, so I'm sorry I can't be more
specific.
