[RLUG] Ubuntu Breezy

Is there any very compelling reason why I should want to "upgrade" to
Breezy from Hoary?

If so....

What would be the simplest AND/OR easiest/Safest way to upgrade?  I
vaguely
recall reading something about being able to do it all via
apt-get/synaptic.
