[RLUG] bit off topic - flash job

I have a flash project I will be putting out for bid.  I would prefer a
reno area contractor if I can find one that is competitive.  I will need
someone  proficient in flash and graphical design.  This will be the first
in a series of small projects.  If you are interested or know a friend
